Homework

Our homework is sent out on the app 'Seesaw' every Wednesday. 

Reception children receive a small maths update each Friday to explain how parents/carers can reinforce the weeks learning at home. On a Wednesday, the children also receive a small Early Years linked activity to complete. 

They also receive a phonics - Read, Write, Inc (RWI) - homework on a Friday. This is a virtual classroom link to enhance their learning from their phonics session from the week.

The children are encouraged to read/share a book five times a week at home. This can be recorded in the children's yellow reading record. If a book is shared 5 times a week, your child will receive strive for 5! They will be entered into a raffle to win books.
