Good Morning All

As already shared we have been overwhelmed by the learning that is happening in your homes.  I would like to say thank you so much to all the staff for providing such fantastic opportunities, to all the parents for their hard work in supporting at home and most importantly to the children for brightening our days. 

Can I also remind parents that there is no expectation to complete all the work allocated on Seesaw.  Every family is unique and the well-being of your whole family is much more important.  Please do what you can – when you can.  We are sharing many other activities through Facebook, which can support emotional well-being and links to other sites to support learning at home.  Links are also available on our school website.  If the children are not accessing the learning on Seesaw, we would still love them to post pictures/videos/sound clips etc.. of what they have been doing.  This sharing of information is important in maintaining their relationships with staff at school.

One of the most important things for us is that we have happy and healthy children and this is a really challenging time where it is so precious.  Seesaw gives the School the opportunity to see that the children are safe and well.  There are a very small number of children who have not interacted with Seesaw or have not for some time.  This week class teachers will be phoning to speak to the children and families to keep in contact and say hello.  We miss the children and want them to know that we are thinking of them.
