Please find link below for the Booking Form for next week Monday 8th June - Friday 12th June.  We are offering childcare for essential workers and vulnerable pupils (Pupils with an EHC Plan or a social worker).  All Risk Assessments have been completed and staff will have a full induction prior to returning to work. We have a Home/School agreement on the website which will need to be signed by parents and children before children can return to School. I appreciate it is a difficult decision for you to make as a family so please ensure that you read all the guidance that there is for parents, both from the Government and from independent scientific research to make an informed decision.
