Please find link below for the Booking Form for next week Monday 15th June - Friday 19th June.  We are offering childcare for essential workers and vulnerable pupils (Pupils with an EHC Plan or a social worker).  All Risk Assessments have been completed and staff will have a full induction prior to returning to work. We have a Home/School agreement on the website which will need to be signed by parents and children before children can return to School. I appreciate it is a difficult decision for you to make as a family so please ensure that you read all the guidance that there is for parents, both from the Government and from independent scientific research to make an informed decision.

Booking need to be made by Midday Thursday 11th June.
