Important Updates and Reminders2 December 2021 (by admin) |
Play Information for Next Week:
Unless we are told otherwise, we are still planning to go ahead with the performances next week.
THE LAST DAY FOR PURCHASING TICKETS WILL BE TOMORROW (FRIDAY). No spares are being sold this year, we need to keep the numbers as low as we possibly can.
Arrangements for the children:
The children can go home after their afternoon performance if a parent is present or if not, it is just normal home time. Unfortunately, other siblings will need to remain in School until home time.
The children need to be returned to school at 5:30 pm and should enter by the top door (next to the library).
The KS1 performance will last approximately 30 mins and the KS2 performances approximately 45 mins.
All children need to be collected after the evening performances.
Arrangements for Attendees:
- Visitors must not attend if they have COVID-19 symptoms;
- We will ask attendees not to come if someone in their household tests positive for Covid-19 within 10 days of the event;
- Before the performance we request Lateral Flow testing for attendees;
- Entrance will only be allowed if you have the correct performance ticket (colour) with your child's name on the back;
- The room will need to be well ventilated (please bring layers);
- Attendees must sanitise their hands upon entry and we request that they wear a face covering throughout their time in School (unless exempt);
- Seating will be spaced out as much as we can, and zones will be set out for specific year groups e.g Y3 on one half, Y4 on the other;
- Toilets will not be available before, after or during the performances.
- We are asking parents not to arrive early. The doors will not open until 1:15pm and 5:45pm. Please do not queue inside the building.
- All attendees must remain seated (fire regulations, for once nothing to do with Covid!)
Raffle Prizes:
Please can we have all raffle prizes by Monday at the latest (the colours for your child’s class hamper were in the newsletter). If you require any additional tickets, please get them from the School office.
School Office:
Next week Mrs Little is going in to hospital for a planned operation and tomorrow will be her last day. Whilst Mrs Little is recovering, Joan Harrison will be working in the office for a few hours in the morning – 8:00am – 10:30am. Unfortunately, the office will be unmanned at other points in the day so if you do need to share any information, pay for trips etc.. this will need to be done between the office hours. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and we wish Mrs Little a speedy recovery.
Any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch
