Dear Year 3 parent

Apologies for the short notice but we have just been given the opportunity for 8 x Year 3 girls to take part in a tag rugby event at West Lakes Academy starting this Friday morning.  We are looking for a Year 3 parent to transport 4 of the Year 3 girls to the event this Friday morning (a member of staff will take the other 4 girls) and stay for the session.  Children will need to leave at 8.50 am - the event is scheduled to finish at 10.50 am.  If you are able to help, please can you let us know asap.  We would need a copy of your driver's licence, insurance details and MOT certificate please.

The event will take place every Friday morning up to the start of June but we are hoping to share transport for future weeks with another school.  All Y3/Y4 girls will have a chance to participate and we are looking to alternate it between Year 3 and Year 4's, ie starting with Year 3's this Friday.
