Dear Parent
We are looking for a Year 4 parent to transport some Year 4 girls to tag rugby this Friday morning please to West Lakes Academy from 9am to 11.15 am. If you are able to help, please let us know asap. We will need your driver's information (driver's licence, Insurance certificate and MOT details).
