Dear Parent / Carer

1. Please see attached important letter regarding School closure on Monday 19^th December and Tuesday 20^th This is also available on the School website (https://frizington.sites.schooljotter2.com/parent-information/letters-1/autumn-term-2022-letters).  As previously shared, if your device does not support the link, you can find the letter on our parents section of the website.  The letter is also attached as a photograph.

2. School Christmas Performances:
   Please note that there are two performances for each performance at 1.30 pm and 6.00 pm.  We were waiting for the World Cup fixtures to be confirmed before clarifying with parents:
   
           Monday 12/12/22: Year 3 / 4
           Tuesday 13/12/22: KS1 Show
           Thursday 15/12/22: Year 5/6 Show.
   
   Please can you ensure that your child returns to School for 5.30 pm before their evening performance.  Any surplus tickets will be sold on Monday – details to follow.
   
   If you require any emergency evacuation assistance during the performances, please can you let us know prior to the event.
3. Gary McKee Money:
   If you still have a donation to hand in, please can you pass it to the School Office before this Friday.
4. Raffle Tickets:
   Raffle tickets will be on sale up until next Thursday morning. All proceeds from the sale of the raffle tickets will go towards key stage trips next year.  Any donations of prizes will be gratefully received.  Additional tickets are available from the School Office.
5. Church Visit – 14/12/22:
   We are still looking for parent volunteers to walk to Church with us on 14/12/22 leaving School at 10.30 am.
6. Christmas Dinner 14/12/22:
   Please don’t forget to order your child’s Christmas Dinner in advance via lunchshop.co.uk Children can wear their Christmas jumper with their uniform on this day.
7. Forest School tomorrow morning for Receptions, Year 1 / 2s:
   Dependent upon parent volunteers to help, our Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children will be going to Forest School at 10.00 am tomorrow morning. Children will need their forest school clothes plus a hat, scarf and gloves as it is going to be very cold.
