Internet Safety

It has been brought to our attention that many of our younger pupils, have been watching a YouTube channel called “IShowSpeed.”  On many of his videos, he is livestreaming Roblox, Fortnite and FIFA, which may seem innocent to parents. However, some of the content (sexual coercion and misogyny) and the use of language, is totally inappropriate for any child in our School.

Please check your child’s history and be vigilant when they are online.  For support with parental controls on YouTube, please see the link here.  Alternatively, if you download YouTubekids and sign in to create a profile, this is a safer and appropriate platform to use.   If your device does not support the above links, you can find the information and much more help and support on our website at:  More/Internet Safety/Parent and Carers.
