Weather

 All children need to have a water bottle and sun hat in school please (sun hats, bucket hats and legionnaires caps are preferable to caps as they cover their ears and neck).  Unfortunately, there is limited shade on our playground so it is essential.  Sunglasses are recommended to protect their eyes.  Sun cream should be applied in the morning and if top ups are needed, the cream can be brought in to school - with your child’s name on the bottle.

 Colour Run

 Just a reminder that the registration for the Colour Run on Tuesday 4^th of July, ends tomorrow.  If you would like to register, please use the QR code attached.  This is also available by clicking the link here or if your device does not support the link, it is in our letters section on the website Parents/Letters/Summer Term 2023 .

 Year 1 & 2 Parents

 As part of our history work, Y1&2 will be comparing toys from the past and present. Could all children photograph one of their favourite toys and upload to Seesaw by Monday 19^th June please. 

 Y2 Residential

 Currently, the weather forecast is showing that it remains very hot during the time of the residential. Please ensure the following

• Two refillable water bottles
• Sun cream with child’s name on it
• Sun hat – preferably a bucket hat or legionnaires cap which covers ears and neck
• Sunglasses

The centre has also messaged to saying that they are having problems with ticks at the moment so long-sleeved tops and pants are preferable.
