Dear Year 3 / 4 parent

 I am writing to remind you about the arrangements for our U-Dance event this Friday 22^nd March as follows:

• Children need to come to School dressed in their uniform please.  Children will leave their uniforms/packed lunch bags at School (to minimise the risk of leaving things in Carlisle) but will take their School shoes with them to wear - so can we please make sure they have socks.
  
  
• Please could we ask that girls either come to School with "Bubble Braids" or that they bring a hair brush with them into School and we can do them. 

• All children (including those on FSM) will need to bring a packed tea and water bottle with them for later on in the day (no sweets, thank you).  We will be having an early lunch at School and will be leaving at 12.15 pm.
  
  
• We have a couple of spare tickets which can be purchased from School if anyone requires one – please let us know asap.

 Pick-up / Collection:

• The audience will need to exit into the Crown and Mitre Hotel car-park at the right-hand side door.  The event will finish at approximately 7.15 pm.
  
  
• If anyone can transport one parent and one child back to Frizington, please could you let me know asap.
