Please see the following information regarding forthcoming events/dates:

• School Reports: The School Reports are being sent home with children tonight.
• Year 5 / 6 Open Afternoon – Thursday 11^th July at 2.45 pm (tomorrow): Please note that it is only one adult per child and no siblings.
• Olympics Day – Friday 12^th July: Children need to have their PE kits in School for Friday please, including their trainers and water bottles.
• Reception Open Afternoon – Monday 15^th July at 2.45 pm: Only one parent per child please and no siblings.
• Colour Run – Wednesday 17^th July at 3.00 pm: Adult volunteers to be on the School field for 2.30 pm please; spectators to arrive for 2.45 pm.   
• Year 6 Leavers’ Assembly- Thursday 18th July at 2.45 pm: For Year 6 parents only – two adults per child and no siblings please.
• Leavers’ Disco – Thursday 18^th July: The Year 6’s are having their Leavers’ Party from 4.00 pm to 4.30 pm followed by the Leavers’ Disco for all children from 4.30 pm to 6.00 pm.  Tickets are available from the School Office (£2 each - free to Year 6’s.  Please can you try and send the correct amount if paying by cash).  Payment can also be made via the School Hub.  Any KS2 children walking home after the disco will need a note please.  We are also looking for parent volunteers to help out on the night please - if you are able to volunteer, please can you let us know asap.
• Friday 19^th July (last day): School will close at 1.15 pm.  All KS1 children must be collected.  If any KS2 children are walking home, then they must have a permission note to walk home please.  Year 6 children can wear their Leavers’ hoodies on the last day of term.  Den will not be available on the last day.
