Dear Parent / Carer

Please find below some information on dates / events coming up over the next week:

• Year 6 swimming on Monday 21^st October: As last Monday’s session was cancelled due to boiler issues at St Bees Pool, the outstanding session will take place on Monday 21^st October leaving School at 12.55 pm.  We do need a parent volunteer to accompany the trip, so if you are able to help, please can you let School know asap.
• Year 6 – secondary school applications: Just a reminder that secondary school applications need to be submitted online to the Admissions Team by no later than 31/10/24.
• Whole School - Halloween Disco on Tuesday 22^nd October from 4.00 pm until 5.30 pm (fancy dress is optional!). Entry is £2 to be paid via the School Hub please.  If any KS2 children are walking home after the disco, they will need a note giving permission to do so.  If any parent volunteers are able to help on the night, we would welcome your support.  Any profit from the disco, will go towards the Christmas School trips.
• Parents’ appointments for children with SEND: Please note that these parent meetings will be held either next week or the week after half-term.  The class teacher will contact parents / carers direct to arrange a mutually convenient date / time.

• Reception Open Afternoon: Tuesday 22nd October at 2.45 pm.  Please note that due to lack of space, siblings are unable to attend.
